"An excellent property situated in the hi tech area of Poland but in a quiet area slightly removed from a Main Street yet very close to great restaurants and pastry shops and most importantly less than a 10 minutes walk from the famous Food Town in Warsaw which has at least 16 or so food booths selling good quality food from countries all around the world inside a very fancy setting filled with every type of middle class person with dozens of tables allowing you to sit anywhere"
